Twice a year Sergio Herman introduces new Frites specials for Frites Atelier. Even though temperatures are still peaking, he is already looking ahead to autumn and winter. Sergio has been inspired by worldly flavors for our new specials to warm you up during the chilly months.

This time his flavors take you to warm, atmospheric Mexico and busy Korea.

Starting this week, the Frites Atelier will present the new Frites specials.

Sergio's slightly spicy Chili Con Carne in combination with our triple fried Frites topped with a runny and creamy cheese sauce is refreshed by the homemade Jalapeño mayonnaise and makes you dream of the Mexican sun!

KIMCHI, tRUFFLE & CHEESE

Sergio really wanted to work with the bite and sweet and sour spicy taste of our homemade kimchi. A surprising combination has been devised for this with the full flavor of the truffle mayonnaise and the creamy cheese sauce. The balance of these surprising contrasts creates a perfect balance. Warm up with this delicious Frites special with worldly flavors during the cooler months.
