Frites Atelier announces new location

Frites Atelier introduces a new location in Designer Outlet Roosendaal. With the existing locations in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and The Hague, the concept of star chef Sergio Herman is a welcome addition to the catering industry in Roosendaal.

The first location of Frites Atelier was opened 5 years ago in The Hague.
Chef Sergio Herman firmly believes in the gastronomic fries product. The development from the first moment to perfection took more than a year and a half and the concept was developed and tested at various pilot locations. Frites Atelier is now ready for the new future in which the franchise formula will play an important role.

The first franchise location will be opened together with partner Vermaat Group in Designer Outlet Roosendaal. The location is an ideal place for Frites Atelier: a large audience who, in addition to their love for designer brands, like to be tempted by a culinary pit stop. The studio is 162 m2 and offers seating for 85 guests.

The renovation of the studio has started and the doors of the first franchise location are expected to open in October.

Frites Atelier is part of the Sergio Herman Group. The culinary concepts developed by Sergio Herman and his creative team can also flourish internationally thanks to a solid foundation.
