'Limited edition'

The inspiration for Frites Atelier's LIMITED EDITION Frites Special comes from Sergio Herman's visit to the enchanting city of Istanbul. To honor the essence of this dynamic Turkish metropolis on the Bosphorus, Sergio created a flow of flavors for a dish that captures the essence of Istanbul's rich culinary heritage.

The latest Limited Edition: Turkish Delight is a delicious tender chicken kebab flavored with typical Turkish Köfte spices that is served on our triple-fried French fries. With a mix of roasted pointed pepper, tomato salsa and feta cheese, spicy Ottoman mayonnaise, pickled jalapeño and red onion, Sergio created a dish that deliciously captures the essence of Istanbul's rich culinary heritage. VEGGIE MILANESE

For those looking for a vegetarian alternative, Frites Atelier presents the Veggie Milanese. This specialty is a crispy breaded soy alternative to the famous Italian meat dish, served with a soft sauce of cherry tomatoes, capers and basil. A saffron and chilli mayonnaise adds a touch of Mediterranean charm, while freshly grated Parmesan cheese brings all the flavors together.
