Voor onze locatie in Brussel zoeken wij een assistent-manager, een gepassioneerde rechterhand die van mensen houdt en die snapt dat teamspirit het verschil maakt. En Frites bakken… ? Dat leren wij je in de testkeuken van Sergio of in een van onze coole Ateliers.

Who are you?‍

The daily ins and outs of the Frites Atelier are your final responsibility

• You do this together with the Manager
• Working together and ensuring team spirit is your daily responsibility
• Knowledge of operational, commercial and financial tasks is a bonus, if not, we will teach you!
• You also see training and coaching your team in hospitality as a challenge, so that your Frites Atelier impresses the guests.

The guest's culinary experience is central and your eye for details is essential!

Yourtalent

• Of course you have an eye for detail (a dead plant, an overflowing trash can or a birthday colleague)
• You like to keep things running msoothly, be in control and multitasking challenges you
• You have gained catering experience, the more the better, but we can certainly teach you something too.
• You have a hands-on mentality and function well in a duo role
• You like a professional approach that makes hospitality feel pure and natural
• The Dutch language is an advantage, at the same time French and English are a nice asset
