Atelier Manager

For our location in Brussels, we are looking for an Atelier Manager.

The exciting part is that you will be working with Frites, personally developed by Michelin-star chef Sergio Herman.

Your team spirit is essential to the success of the location. You ensure that your atelier is one that Frites Atelier Amsterdam can be proud of. Quality, hospitality, and hygiene are impeccable to you. You create a work environment where the team enjoys working, maintains a positive attitude, and pursues a common goal, as outlined in our Mission Statement. You strive to achieve the highest quality in a stylish Frites Atelier by motivating and inspiring the team. You hold final responsibility for the daily operations of the Frites Atelier. You report to the Operational Manager Belgium.

Job Description:

• Organizing and planning work in a broad sense
• Coaching, directing and managing the team
• Monitoring and ensuring quality and processes
• Reporting and documenting progress and results
• Evaluate, because management is a continuous process

What we ask of you:

• You have previous experience in the hospitality industry in a leadership role
• You have knowledge of operational, commercial and financial tasks
• Hospitality is in your DNA and comes naturally to you
• You are professional towards your team and guests
• You are an organizer who can quickly adapt to all kinds of situations
• You know how to motivate and inspire a team
• Preferably Dutch-speaking; French and English are a plus
