About the function

As Financial Administrator at the head office in Amsterdam you are responsible for the financial administration of our Franchise and Wholesale branch. You work closely with our experienced Financial Administrator, who is responsible for the three Flagship Frites Ateliers in Belgium. In this role you have a direct influence on the growth and structure of the company and you maintain regular contact with international franchise and wholesale partners.

Your responsibilities

• Processing and managing the financial administration
• Preparing and checking financial reports
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
• Providing VAT returns and support with annual accounts
• Reconciling current account relationships
• Maintain contact with external partners and suppliers
• Optimizing financial processes and structures

Who are we looking for?

• Enterprising and proactive attitude
• Are you available for 32-40 hours per week?
• Strong numerical insight and an eye for detail
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Experience with Exact Online is a plus
• Coachable and eager to learn, with the ambition to grow within an international organization
