Over the past few months, the Le Pristine team has been carefully preparing the glorious opening to the general public of this tasteful and versatile project. Sergio Herman's newest restaurant offers a Zeeland terroir with an Italian flair. It's very different from anything he's ever done. The contemporary and stylish, but above all impressive interior of Le Pristine exudes exceptional international quality.
"Eating at Le Pristine should be a celebration. As a chef, I want nothing more than to make people fall in love with pure flavors, surprising combinations and the ingredients of my roots. Together with interior designers Signe Bindsley Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou from the Danish design studio Space Copenhagen , we look forward to that festive feeling throughout the project. Every detail was consciously chosen, from Belgian linen and bluestone to the Dutch design created by designer friends. Le Pristine Café
At Le Pristine Café at the front of the property you can enjoy a quick lunch and wood-fired oven dishes during the day, accompanied by a range of elegant cocktails and wines by the glass. Aperitifs, a meal at the bar and antipasti are served from 4pm. The accessible nature of the café concept sets it apart from the restaurant: reservations are not necessary here. It's the perfect stop while shopping or for a little break. The cuisine of the fine, informal restaurant Le Pristine offers a unique mix of tradition and innovation, with an extensive and perfectly matched, well-balanced wine list. Sergio's Zeeland origins are reflected in the fish and shellfish on the menu.
Dining in the patio
The restaurant has a covered patio and a spacious outdoor terrace, both tranquil retreats from the hustle and bustle of the city. Reservations can be made for both the restaurant and the patio. A few tables will also remain available each day for last-minute reservations. At Le Pristine and Le Pristine Café you will be welcomed by a professional, enthusiastic and carefully composed team that radiates ambition and experience. The Le Pristine team is proud of what they will present and looks forward to sharing their love for the profession in addition to the new concept.
