New special: Pulled Pork & Piccalilli

Our studios have been closed recently. With the relaxation of the current measures, we have decided to reopen our doors in The Hague, Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. We are celebrating this with the introduction of a delicious new seasonal special: 'Pulled Pork & Piccalilli'.

Twist on a classic

Frites Ateliers' twist on a classic flavor combination is Sergio's latest special: the Pulled Pork & Piccalilly. The stringy structure of the slow-cooked pork with black pepper goes particularly well with the fresh pickles sauce, packed with fresh vegetables and our creamy homemade mayonnaise with a bunch of fresh cress!
