Discover the new specials from Frites Atelier!
Twice a year we at Frites Atelier present the new Frites Specials, which were created from flavor combinations devised by Sergio. Inspired by previous travels and experiences in different kitchens, he created two Frites Specials with completely different flavors. As of today, Frites Atelier serves the tasty 'Classic Spiced Indonesian Stew' and the vegetarian 'My Umami'.
Classic Spiced Indonesian Stew
All flavors of Indonesian cuisine come together in this Rendang special. From the homemade sambal, to sweet and sour pickled vegetables and earthy flavors of ginger, chili and coconut milk. The aromatic kaffir lime gives a fresh accent to this traditional Indonesian stew.
My Umami
We welcome the colder months of the year with deep umami flavors. Black olive powder, hard-ripened Ricotta, mushroom tapenade and our homemade truffle mayonnaise. Finely chopped chives and grated lemon zest complete this special.
