Frites Atelier presents: SS22 Collection

Inspired by spring and summer, co-founder and culinary creator of Frites Atelier, Sergio Herman, has created fresh, summery taste sensations. The flavors take you to the summer atmosphere of Italy deep into the Arabian fairy tale of the Thousand and One Nights. The influences of various cultures and cuisines are strongly reflected in the new specials.

The first special we introduce is the 'Arabic Baba & Feta. Starting this week, Frites Atelier will be serving the latest Spring Summer Collection.

With the combination of a mild-spicy aubergine dip with feta, aioli mayonnaise, spicy harissa with chives and our crispy fries, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights, also thanks to the pistachio crunch on top!
