In addition to the fact that we at Frites Atelier incorporate the most delicious flavor combinations into our Frites, we also include this in our drinks. One of these drinks is a Sergio's Gin & Tonic. Want to know more about what we think is the perfect combination?

Fever Tree Clementine & Cinnamon

A few years ago, Sergio Herman was given the opportunity to develop a tonic with his own taste at the tonic brand Fever Tree. At the first meeting, he brought inspiration from Ibiza and together with a mix of herbs they got to work. After months of experimenting, testing and tasting, there was a favorite: a tonic based on fresh clementines and spicy cinnamon.

Bobby's Dry Gin

To make a delicious Gin & Tonic, it is useful to add gin to your tonic. At Frites Atelier we use Bobby's Dry Gin for this. Bobby's is a unique blend of Indonesian herbs and traditional botanical ingredients.

Spicy on the nose, a fresh burst of citrus and herbs upon taking the first sip with a sultry note of pepper. All this is served in a beautiful bottle that will win many design hearts.

We are happy to serve this refreshing drink to you. How do we do that? We take a large glass, which we fill with ice cubes. Add Bobby's Gin and mix it with Fever Tree Clementine & Cinnamon Tonic . Stir well and top with some lime and basil cress.
